General terms and conditions of sale

Reservations:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the end of the stay. 

The payment of the stay or the balance of the stay will be made on the spot to the hotelier.

Reservation for a stay of less than 3 nights or less than 3 rooms:

1. No fee is due for cancellations made more than 6 days prior to the 3pm arrival date. For cancellations made less than 6 days before the arrival date at 15:00, the amount for the room(s) alone is due for the 1st night and this amount will be charged to the credit card provided. Therefore, rooms booked less than 6 days before the arrival date are not cancellable.
   All cancellations must be notified in writing by post or email. The date and time of receipt of the cancellation request will be the date and time of cancellation.
2. In the event of a no-show, the amount for the room(s) alone is due for the entire stay and will be charged to the credit card provided.
3. Any stay started is due in full. Consequently, any early departure will be subject to the invoicing of the amount of the room or rooms alone for the entire stay.

 Reservation of a stay of 3 nights or more, or 3 rooms or more) :

1. A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be required for a reservation of 3 nights or more or for a reservation of 3 rooms or more. This deposit can be charged to the credit card submitted.
2. a)No charge is due for cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the 3pm arrival date.
   b)The deposit is retained for cancellations made between 21 days and 6 days prior to the 3pm arrival date
   c)The deposit is retained for cancellations made less than 6 days prior to the 3pm arrival date and the balance of the room or rooms only for the entire stay is due. This amount is charged to the credit card provided. Therefore, rooms booked within 6 days of the arrival date are not cancellable.
3. In the event of a no-show, the amount for the room(s) alone is due for the entire stay. The deposit is retained and the balance charged to the credit card provided.
4. Any stay started is due in full. Consequently, any early departure will be subject to the invoicing of the amount of the room or rooms alone for the entire stay.

Applicable law:
These general sales conditions are governed by French law. This applies to both substantive and formal rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

The hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Animals are accepted ON REQUEST.
